Throughout the pandemic we have constantly monitored and reviewed our procedures. By strictly following guidelines on social distancing, use of PPE, staff using lateral flow tests and having vaccinations we have been fortunate that none of our team have become ill with Covid or had to isolate. In turn we have been able to continue to offer the families we are looking after the high standards and level of care you would expect.
We strongly feel it is our duty to continue to protect our clients and each other. Therefore, we will continue to keep in place all our measures for cleaning, social distancing, hand sanitising and will be asking people who wish to visit us to wear a mask. This is to ensure our business can remain fully operational in serving the local community and provide the high standards of care and professionalism for local families in their time of need.
