When Life Changes
It is never easy to experience a loss.
There are no words to describe the overwhelming sense of pain you feel when someone you care about dies or when your life changes because of a significant loss. It can be one of the most difficult experiences of life, and often leaves us wondering how we will manage to get through the days ahead.
To help those struggling to cope with grief after a loss, When Life Changes provide information and encouragement to grieving people and those who seek to support them, including a series of videos for emotional support and a community programme of in person sessions.

Dr Bill Webster, BEM, co-founder of When Life Changes, is a renowned grief counsellor, author and international speaker. Bringing a unique blend of personal experience, academic education, and many years of practical application to his work, both as an educator and a qualified bereavement counsellor, he combines his own stories of loss with his knowledge to bring a sense of comfort to you on your own unique journey.
Dr Bill Webster was awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) for services to the bereaved in the UK and Canada in the 2024 New Year's Honours List.
